Let me know you are interested

At the bottom of this screen is a short email form.  Just fill it out and send it to me… no obligation… no pressure… just an introduction.

Preliminary Book Info Form + NDA

I’ll send you our Preliminary Book Information Form and an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement for your protection.  This form will take you five minutes or less to complete… just fill it out and email it back.

Preliminary Review Process – Phase I.

At this point, we’ll quickly review the material you provided.  If we see anything that we can’t handle, we’ll let you know.  But if everything looks all right, we’ll ask if you want to proceed to Due Diligence – Phase II.

Due Diligence- Phase II.

If you are interested in proceeding, we will ask you to commit to helping us verify your ownership and Rights information.  This will require you to complete a more extensive form and be willing to respond to questions that will certainly arise during our review process.  This process could take a couple days or a week.

Offer and Negotiations

If the Due Diligence process is completed successfully, we will let you know and provide you with an offer (usually a cash offer) for your rights and materials.  Once we both agree to all the contractual terms, we will set a closing date.

Closing

Immediately after we agree to the contract, we will provide you with a list of files, materials, and statements that you will send to us.  Upon receipt of the agreed upon materials, we will provide you with the certified funds we agreed to pay.

Book and Catalogue Re-launch

After closing, we will begin the process of revising and re-launching your book so that it can be enjoyed by readers for years to come.
